When you are signed in, you can review your billing details at any time by selecting Account Info, under the "My Account" section of any gay.com page. The Billing Information section allows you to review your membership level, change your plan type, update your credit card, see the date your plan renews and even cancel your account.
Back to topIt's easy to change your membership level and plan. Click the My Account link at the top of the gay.com homepage, then go to Account Info and open the Membership and Billing section. Click "Change your plan", choose your new plan and select "Make changes." Your new plan will take effect after your current billing cycle ends. You will see a notice on the page confirming your new term.
Back to topThis message on the Billing Information page indicates that the renewal charge has been rejected by your credit card issuer. Please check with your financial institution and make sure you have available funds.
If your credit card has a new expiration date, click the Edit link to change the expiration information, and enter the new date.
If you'd like to use a new credit card, click the link to "Change credit card information."
If you cannot determine the problem with your credit card, go to the "help" section and fill out the online help form. This will send an email to our customer service team. You may also click the help link and contact customer service via live chat during regular business hours or email us anytime.
Back to topIt's possible that your membership request did not complete properly. Sign in and click My Account at the top of the gay.com home page and go to Account Info. If the link "Upgrade Now" is visible in the Billing section, click it and select your plan type. Follow the instructions to confirm your membership.
Once you've completed your transaction, an order confirmation will be sent by email, and you will have access to all Premium features, including Premium Personals. You can also contact us directly if you continue to experience problems.

This number can be found on the front or back of a credit card depending on the issuing company. For American Express the CVV2 is generally located on the front of the card, for Visa, MasterCard and Discover the CVV2 is generally located on the back of the card. The graphic provided should assist you in locating this number. If you have difficulties locating your CVV2 please contact your credit card issuer.
Back to topYou can cancel your Premium Membership at any time by clicking "Account Info" in the My Account section. Open the Membership and Billing section and Select "Cancel Premium Membership." After your cancellation is complete, you will see a notice on your Account Info page that the membership will be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation as well. The confirmation is sent to the address you provided on your Account Info page. You will continue to have access to all the great features of gay.com Premium Personals until the end of your current billing cycle.
Before submitting your cancellation request, be sure to check the email address on your Account Info page to confirm receipt of the cancellation.
To reactivate your subscription before it expires, click the Account Info link at the top of the gay.com homepage or in the My Account section. Open the Membership and Billing section, click Reactivate Subscription and follow the screen prompts.
